Potato Salad My Way

2- 1/2 pounds Red Potatoes
4 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
3- 1/2 ounces, weight Green Olives, Chopped
4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
1/2 whole Small Onion, Grated
1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1/4 cups Plain Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Mustard
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt, Or To Taste
1/2 teaspoons Parika, Plus More For Garnish


Boil potatoes until tender, drain and let cool. When cool, chop potatoes. In a large bowl, add potatoes and all remaining ingredients. Mix well then sprinkle top with paprika. Enjoy!
