Jam-Packed Cream Buns With Easy Custard Cream Filling
Ingredients:

2 1/2 tbsp Cake flour
200 ml Milk
6 tbsp Sugar
2 Egg yolks
240 grams Bread flour
60 grams Cake flour
200 ml Milk
30 grams Sugar
30 grams Butter
4 grams Salt
5 grams Dry yeast
1 Beaten egg
1 White sesame seeds

Instruction:

Put the cake flour, sugar, and milk into a heatproof bowl. Mix and microwave for 1 minute uncovered. Mix some more, and microwave for another 2 minutes. Mix in the egg yolks and microwave for 1 minute. Wrap the cream with plastic wrap, and let it chill in the fridge. Put all the bread ingredients into a bread maker, and start the "bread dough" course. When the dough is ready, shape it into a ball and gently press the air out. Divide into 16 portions, and roll into balls. Cover with a tightly wrung out kitchen towel, and let them rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough, and place the cream in the middle. Fold the 4 corners to meet in the middle and pinch them together. Roll into nice round shapes so that the cream won't come out. Place the seam parts down. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow the dough to rise (2nd rising) in the oven for 30 ~ 40 minutes at 40C until they look like this in the picture. Brush with the beaten egg, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes at 180C, and then they're done.
