Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
1 tablespoon cream (optional, could just use creamy milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 teaspoon honey
125 ml milk (or a little extra if not using cream)


Chop the fruit roughly and put into your mixer bowl / container. Add cream (optional), vanilla extract and honey. Whizz up until smooth, but don't worry if there are still some lumps. Add a little milk and whizz up until smooth. Then add as much of the remaining milk as you want to suit your tastes.
