Breakfast Sausage Patties Recipe

10 ounce Grnd turkey
1/2 tsp Dry sage
1/2 tsp Dry thyme
1/4 tsp Rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil


1. In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Shape into 8 equal 1/4" thick patties. 2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add in the patties; cook 10 min, turning once, till browned on both sides.
