Microwaveable Jam!
Ingredients:

500 g summer fruit
500 g jam sugar

Instruction:

Briefly blend the fruit and place in a large microwave proof bowl with the sugar. Microwave on high for 3 mins then stir and microwave for a further 3 minutes stirring after. Finish with a further 2 mins and pour into warm sterilised jars. Once bottled will keep for up to 6 months keep in fridge after opening.
