Fresh Basil Sauce
Ingredients:

150 grams Basil
2 1/2 clove Garlic
75 grams Pine nuts
30 grams Parmesan cheese
250 ml Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper

Instruction:

Rip the basil leaves up into smal pieces. Slice the garlic. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, and process (in 2-3 batches). Store in jars. The top photo shows this basil sauce mixed with pasta and seasoned with salt and pepper. I increased the amount of basil (from the original recipe) to make it healthier.
