23 cup goat cheese
12 cup milk
14 cup finely chopped cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
In a bowl, mash together goat cheese and milk until smooth. Fold in tomatoes, green onions, garlic, pepper and vinegar until well combined. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
