Rice and Sour Cream Casserole
Ingredients:

3 cups sour cream
2 (4 1/2 ounce) canschopped green chilies, drained
3 cups cooked rice (measure exactly)
salt
pepper
34 lb monterey jack cheese, sliced
12 cup cheddar cheese

Instruction:

Mix sour cream and chopped chilies. Layer rice, salt, pepper, sour cream mixture and Jack cheese in buttered casserole. Repeat step 2 for the second layer. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 oven until hot and bubbly, 30 minutes to one hour.
