2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Or Half-and-Half
1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
3 Tablespoons Poppyseeds
1/2 teaspoons Salt To Taste
13 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook your ravioli according to package instructions in a large pot. When cooked drain it and set aside. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in the cream and stir over medium heat until hot but not bubbly. Add the cooked ravioli and season with freshly ground black pepper. Simmer gently until the sauce has thickened. Stir in the poppyseeds and add salt to taste if desired. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
