1 lb high-grade thick smoked bacon
1 12 tablespoons crushed dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 400F Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake until half done, about 8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with rosemary on each side. Allow bacon to cool slightly, then roll each piece into a tight twirl and spear it with a toothpick. Put back into 400F oven on the same baking sheet and bake until done, about 8 minutes more.
