Mom's Kheema Masala (Minced Meat)

1/2 kg Minced Meat
2 large Onions
3 chopped green chillies
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp corriander powder
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
3/4 tbsp cumin powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric
3/4 tbsp garam masala
3/4 tbsp meat masala
1 salt to taste
2 cup water
1 chopped coriander leaves


The Minced meat is of goat but lamb meat can be used as well.DO NOT MAKE THIS RECIPE WITH CHICKEN MEAT. Add oil and chopped onions n fry till its slightly brown. add slit green chillies to it. wash the meat n drain water. add this to the onions with salt n mix well After few mins add Ginger garlic paste.mix it well n keep on medium flame to let it cook untill da ginger, garlic n meat smell goes away.it means that he water from the meat has dried off now add all the spices one by one along with salt n mix well. after mixing add 2 cups or 1glass water n let it boil away till abt 8 -10mins with lid on keep till desired thickness, garnish with coriander leaves
