Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs

1 pound Ground Turkey
2 cups Leftover Stuffing (or Store Bought Instant Stuffing)
1 whole Egg
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together turkey, stuffing, and egg. Mix until well combined. Roll into 1-inch meatballs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add meatballs, and brown slightly. Remove and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1015 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
