Bolognese Sauce Recipe

1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sliced onion, minced
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. gr. beef
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. stock or possibly bouillon
1/4 c. white wine
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. heavy cream garlic pwdr


In large saucepan heat butter. Add in carrots and onion sautee till half cooked. Add in garlic pwdr and grnd beef, brown and add in olives mushrooms, tomato paste, stock and white wine. Simmer 1 hour. Remove from heat and add in heavy cream. Serve over pasta.
