1 medium melon, half cubes/half cut as balls, or according to your like
5 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
500 grams cherry tomatoes, quartered or halves
5 basil leaves, fresh
1 zest and juice of 1 lemon
Put the tomatoes in a serving bowl. Pour oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Add the melon, basil and lemon zest. Drizzle the juice of the melon and lemon over and toss to combine well. Serve, share and enjoy.
