Mashed Rutabagas
Ingredients:

1 large rutabaga
water, to cover
14 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon pepper (optional)

Instruction:

Peel rutabagas and slice thinly. Put in medium saucepan and cover with water. Boil until tender, 30-45 minutes. Mash then add heavy cream, margarine, salt and pepper Eat and enjoy.
