Pecan Pumpkin Pie Homemade With Love Recipe

3 Large eggs
1 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell


Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, pumpkin, 1/3 c. sugar and pie spice. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Combine 2 beaten Large eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 c. sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mix. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till filling is set.
