1 cup chopped onions
2 cups cubed peeled butternut squash (1-inch cubes)
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Cook bacon and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until bacon is crisp, stirring frequently. Add squash and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. or until squash is tender. Add beans; stir. Cover. Cook 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. Stir in cheese and parsley just before serving.
