Cream Puff Dumplings For Soup Recipe

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon minced parsley
1/2 c. flour
2 Large eggs


Heat to boiling butter, lowfat milk and seasoning. Stir in all at once the flour. Stir till mix leaves the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time, beating after each till smooth and velvety. Drop by tsp. into boiling soup. Simmer covered for 10 min.
