Red Radish and Goat Cheese Salsa
Ingredients:

1 cup diced red radish
14 cup finely diced onion
1 tablespoon soft fresh goat cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons champagne vinegar or 2 teaspoons white wine

Instruction:

In a bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
