Easy Pickled Beets Recipe

4 cans of beets
1 c. sugar or possibly Splenda
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 large plastic bowl with lid


Drain the liquid from 3 1/2 cans of beets, reserving 1/2 can liquid. Place liquid removed beets in a large plastic bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well. Chill over night or possibly longer if you like. Very easy, very good.
