4 large boiled eggs
14 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
12 teaspoon dijon style mustard
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks carefully and put in a small bowl and mash. Add the rest of the ingredients except paprika. Place egg whites on a plate. Stuff with filling and sprinkle with paprika.
