3- 1/2 cups Flour
3/4 cups Icing Sugar
3 sticks Melted Butter Or Margarine
6 whole Eggs
3/4 cups Lemon Juice
3 cups Sugar
6 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 dash Salt
Powdered Sugar, For Dusting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the crust ingredients together in a medium sized bowl then pat it into a 13x18x1 pan that youve sprayed lightly with baking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and set aside. Keep the oven on. For the filling: In a large bowl, beat the eggs until slightly thick, about 3-4 minutes. Add the lemon juice and mix. In a medium sized bowl stir together the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking powder and salt) then add this into the eggs. Mix well. Pour over hot crust, smooth the top and bake 20 minutes longer. When done remove it from the oven and set the pan on a rack. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar. Cut around the edges while still warm. Cool and slice.
