Cantimpalo & Turkey Panini

2 slice California Sourdough Bread
2 oz turkey
2 oz Chorizo Cantimpalo
1 tbsp evoo
2 oz mozzarella cheese
1 roasted red pepper
1 roma tomato sliced
2 tbsp mayonaise


Make Aioli sauce... blend 2 tbsp mayonaise with 1 roasted red bell pepper in a blender. Brush EVOO on 1 side of both pieces of bread. Add sliced tomato, cheese, chorizo, turkey and aioli sauce into sandwich. Place sandwich on a panini press or hot cast iron skillet until desired toastiness occurs. EAT.
