Walnut Coffee Cake

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
1 14 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 cup milk
1 34 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
12 cup all-purpose flour
12 cup packed brown sugar
12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
14 cup cold butter or 14 cup margarine
12 cup finely chopped walnuts


In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk and stir until blended. Mix together flour and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Add to creamed mixture; beat on low until mixed. Stir in walnuts. Pour batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. To make topping, mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a pick comes out clean. Best served warm.
