Mahi Wraps

1/2 cups Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 clove Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 pounds Mahi Mahi
1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cups Diced Plum Tomatoes
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Your Favorite Salsa
10 whole Flour Soft Tortillas


In a bowl mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic and lemon juice. Place fish in a Ziploc baggie and pour the marinade in. Let fish marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 6 hours. Grill fish on high heat for 5-7 minutes, per side, depending on how thick your fillets are. Chop up some lettuce, tomatoes or grab some salsa, guacamole, and cheese if you please. Everyone can conduct their own symphony on their tortilla and viola, a yummy, quick healthy dinner in a snap! Rarely are there leftovers. Ummm, sooo good!
