Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Ingredients:

16 oz Black Beans
1/4 Green Pepper
1/4 Onion
1 1/2 clove Garlic
1 Egg
1 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Thai Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Bread crumbs

Instruction:

Preheat oven to 375F and lightly oil a baking dish. In a food processor, finely chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Then stir in mashed beans. In a medium bowl, mash black beans with a fork until thick and pasty. In a small bowl, stir together egg, chili powder, cumin, and chili sauce. Stir the egg mixture into the mashed beans. Mix in bread crumbs until the mixture is sticky and holds together. Divide mixture into two patties. Place patties on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes on each side.
