1 pkg. (235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup sour cream
1 carrot, peeled, finely chopped
1 cup small cauliflower florets
1-1/2 cups small broccoli florets
Unroll crescent dough on parchment-covered baking sheet; press seams together to form 12x8-inch rectangle. Prick at 1-inch intervals with fork. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended; spread onto crust. Top with vegetables. Cut into squares to serve.
