Peaches and Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:

1 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 cups Sugar
1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Milk
1 whole Egg
1 whole Banana, Thinly Sliced
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 whole Peaches, Thinly Sliced
Powdered Sugar

Instruction:

Mix together flour, baking powder and sugar. Add milk and the beaten egg and mix. Add banana and mix gently. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Melt butter. Put two peach slices cheek-by-jowl on the pan, and cover with a tablespoon of pancake mixture. Cook about 3-4 minutes on each side or until goden brown. Make about 12 pancakes like this. Serve hot or warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
