Miso Stir-fry Carrots

100 grams Carrot
1 White sesame seeds
1 clove Garlic (grated)
1 tbsp Margarine (or butter)
1/2 tbsp Blended miso
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sake


Shred the carrot using a vegetable slicer or mandoline. Combine the [A] ingredients and mix well. Heat margarine in a frying pan. Add the carrot and stir fry over medium heat until wilted. Add the combined [A] ingredients. Stir fry for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Transfer to serving bowls, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and it's done. The slightly al dente carrot and the garlic flavor will boost your appetite.
