8 ounces penne or 8 ounces cellentani pasta
1 lb Italian sausage
1 (24 ounce) jarof your favorite Ragu Pasta Sauce
13 cup pine nuts
1 lb goat cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and boil for 10 minutes or until "al dente. ". Cook Italian sausage in a frying pan until completely cooked. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Drain pasta. Drain excess grease from sausage. Layer pasta, sausage, and pine nuts in the baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over the top and spread out evenly. Bake covered for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly over the mixture. Sprinkle the parsley on top of the cheese and return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes of cooking.
