Warm Roasted Garlic & Tomato Bruschetta

1 baguette (350 g), cut into 32 slices
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup Philadelphia Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Product


Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place baguette slices in single layer on baking sheet. Toss tomatoes with syrup, thyme and oil; spread onto rimmed baking sheet. Place baking sheets, side-by-side, on middle oven rack. Bake 10 min. or until bread is lightly toasted and tomatoes are softened. Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with tomatoes.
