Marinated Flank Steak Italiana Recipe

2 lbs. flank steak
4 ounce. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. red cooking wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sweet basil
Sea salt and pepper


Combine all the ingredients and place with meat in a large Zip-loc bag. Put in refrigerator, turning every few hrs. Marinate steak for 12 to 24 hrs. Either barbecue on grill or possibly broil in oven till cooked medium. Slice thinly against grain of meat and serve with some of the marinade drizzled over the top.
