Deviled Eggs

1/2 dozen Eggs
1/4 cup Mayonaise
2 tsp mustard
2 1/2 tsp relish
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 paprika for garnish (optional)
1 Salt


In a pot, bring eggs to a boil. Add salt to water. (This will help to keep the shells from sticking together.) Boil eggs for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and run under cold water. Peel the eggs. Slice the eggs in half. In a medium bowl, scoop out the yolk. With a fork, smash the yolk. Add the mayo, relish, mustard, and paprika. Mix until well blended. Take a spoonful and fill the egg with the mixture. Sprinkle paprika over top.
