Luscious Lemon Cocktail

1 12 ounces dry white vermouth (I like Stock extra dry)
14 ounce lemon liqueur (or to taste, I use Lemoncello)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (or to taste)


Pour each ingredient into a martini glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a curl of lemon rind if you want more lemon taste. Stir and enjoy. I originally made this with a simple white sugar syrup in place of the Lemoncello liqueur. If you are cost conscious, try using that instead, maybe with a little lemon added to the syrup.
