Pants off Dance off Beef Pita Pockets
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 red bell pepper, diced
19 ounces cannellini beans, drained
12 cup raisins
12 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons thyme leaves
1 teaspoon marjoram
14 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
12 teaspoon salt (optional)
12 teaspoon pepper (optional)

Instruction:

Heat oil over med-high heat. Add beef, onion, & garlic until meat is no longer pink. Drain on paper towels if it's a fatty cut. Return to pan. Add all remaining ingredients & simmer on low for 10 minutes. Spoon into warmed pita bread pockets.
