Greek Hamburger Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients:

1/4 pound butter
5 lbs. hamburger
1 c. minced onion
Salt/pepper/parsley/dill
1 pound chestnuts
1 c. walnuts (finely grated)
1 sm. can tomato paste
1/2 c. rice
Poultry seasoning
Wine
Pignolia nuts (golden brown raisins), optional

Instruction:

Boil chestnuts, peel and mash; set aside. Heat butter, add in hamburger and brown. Add in onions and spices. Add in chestnuts, walnuts. Add in turkey juice from pan drippings. Add in tomato paste, rice, poultry seasoning, wine and pignolia nuts. Put into large baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees 45 min. Add in more turkey juice as needed to keep moist.
