1 lb. LOUIS RICH Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into strips or chunks
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 red pepper, cut in 1-inch chunks
6 mushrooms, quartered (optional)
2 Tbsp. water or white wine
1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine, cooked, drained
Place turkey, broccoli, red pepper, mushrooms and water in skillet; cover. Heat on medium heat 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cheese sauce; heat 2 minutes. Toss turkey mixture with hot cooked pasta.
