Peanut Butter Granola Bites
Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 cups Peanut Butter
13 cups Honey
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/4 cups Dried Fruit

Instruction:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, peanut butter and honey, just until melted and smooth, 2 minutes. In a large bowl, add the cereal, oats and dried fruit. I used dried cranberries and also dried cherries and mini chocolate chips! Both were awesome. Pour the melted peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir to coat. Drop by the tablespoonfuls into mini cupcake liners on a cookie sheet. Stash in the fridge until they firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
