Paleo Sandwich Bread
Ingredients:

4 eggs
1 banana, ripe
12 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
14 cup coconut oil
1 -2 tablespoon spices (italian seasoning, minced onions, whatever you like)
14 cup coconut flour

Instruction:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine everything (except coconut flour) in blender and incorporate until well blended. With blender running on low, slowly add coconut flour to form a batter. Pour (may need spatula) into a 9x9in, parchment lined baking pan. Sprinkle additional spices on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Slice into four squares then slice each square lengthwise to make sandwich slices. Can keep in freezer - so make ahead for the whole week! :).
