12 cup celery leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
12 cup water
2 cups bread stuffing mix (1/2 of an 8 oz package)
Saute celery leaves and onion in butter in a medium-size saucepan. Add water; heat to boiling. Stir in bread stuffing; toss with fork just until moistened.
