1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
2 bell peppers, chopped (I use 1 red and 1 green)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups frozen corn kernels
1 12 cups salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more or until heated through. I like this as is, but you could serve it over rice.
