Bell Pepper Relish
Ingredients:

12 green peppers
12 red peppers
12 medium onions
2 cups cider vinegar
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons salt

Instruction:

Remove seeds and cores and chop all peppers finely. Peel onions and chop finely Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and add the vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour into hot jars and seal. Process 5 minutes.
