Banana Delight

1 cup self-raising flour (maida)
1 banana, ripe, cut into pieces
12 cup milk
14 cup water
14 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil or 2 tablespoons butter
honey, to taste


In a bowl, blend together flour, banana pieces, milk, water, salt and sugar. Ensure that the mixture is of a coating consistency so that you will be able to make thin pancakes. Grease a non-stick griddle or tawa using a little oil or butter. Spread 2 tbsps. of the mixture on the griddle and spread it in a circular pancake shape. Cook till it turns slightly pinkish in colour. Flip and cook on the other side as well. Ensure that both sides are cooked properly. Brush with a dab of honey and serve. Enjoy!
