3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon grnd black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley
1 (2 ounce.) dry vermouth
1 1/2 pound boneless chicken or possibly cooked & peeled shrimp, slashed lengthwise
Put first 6 ingredients in a fry pan and cook till butter melts and other ingredients saute/fry slightly. Add in chicken or possibly shrimp. Keep turning. Shrimp takes 5 min and chicken takes 20 min. Serve with flavored rice and asparagus.
