Orange Julia Smoothie
Ingredients:

2 ounces, weight Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate (1/3 Of A Standard Can)
1 cup Milk
1/4 cups Sugar Or Splenda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
10 cubes Ice Cubes
1/2 whole Banana (Optional)
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed (optional)

Instruction:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Increase ingredients for more servings. Also good with a handful of frozen strawberries or mixed berries. Enjoy!
