Peanut Butter Lover's Cheesecake

2-1/2 qt. NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed
1 cup butter, melted
- PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
1 qt. sugar
1 qt. sour cream
4 tsp. vanilla
16 each eggs
2 qt. NUTTER BUTTER Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, chopped


Crust: Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press about 2 cups onto bottom of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or onto bottom of 1 springform pan for trial recipe). Bake in 325F-standard oven 10 min. Cool on wire racks while preparing Filling. Filling: Beat cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment until creamy. Add sugar; beat until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each until well blended. Stir in chopped cookies. Pour 1-3/4 qt. of the batter over each crust. Bake 1 hour 10 min. to 1 hour 15 min. or until centers are almost set. Run knife around rim of each pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
