Smoked Salmon Roll Ups
Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon capers
1 teaspoon caper juice
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
12 lb smoked salmon (or lox)

Instruction:

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up. Fasten with a toothpick. This can be made up ahead, covered and chilled.
