Black Bean and Mango Salad

3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1/3 cup black beans, cooked or canned without added salt
1/3 cup frozen corn
1/3 cup cookedinstant brown rice
1 fresh mango, chopped Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/8 medium red onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. (just a pinch) ground cumin
8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk


Mix all salad ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with a glass of milk.
