Barb's Cold Comfort Tea
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon echinacea root
1 tablespoon peppermint leaf
1 tablespoon catnip, leaves
1 tablespoon yarrow leaves
1 tablespoon lemon balm leaves
honey, if desired
lemon, if desired

Instruction:

To Decoct: Add 1 cup of water and about 1/4 tsp echinacea to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Combine the other herbs and add about 1 tsp of the mixture to the pot. Stir well, remove from heat, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and serve hot with honey and lemon, if desired. To Brew: Combine all ingredients. Boil water, pour one cup over one tsp of herbs for each cub. Steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and serve hot with honey and lemon, if desired.
