Mac and Cheese Salad
Ingredients:

16 ounces elbow macaroni, dry
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
18 cup green onion
6 ounces fresh spinach
2 teaspoons sea salt

Instruction:

Boil the macaroni according to package instructions. Add sour cream and mayo, mix and add remaining ingredients. More spinach to taste if needed. Chill well before serving.
